Dear Holiness Dalai Lama,
Watching the video, I was most moved by the way you never hesitate to reach out and take Archbishop Tutu's hand, to make that physical contact that seems to say "I am here with you." I will try to do that with people I am with more often. Here in the U.S. that type of contact is not typical and it may make people feel uncomfortable at first, but I think after a few moments most people will appreciate it.
Thank you for supporting the sharing of these 2600 year old meditation practices and teachings here in the West, and for encouraging the scientific study of their benefits.
